What this site is
clearlinepartners.co describes a service. Using it, reading it, or sending us your website does not create a contract between us, and it does not oblige either of us to anything.
Pricing and timelines
This site does not publish prices. What we charge is discussed directly and written into the agreement you sign, and nothing on this site is a quote.
Dates work the same way. The schedule for your project goes into the agreement before we start rather than being estimated afterwards. The one thing that moves it is us waiting on you: if we are waiting for something from your side, the clock waits with us.
The free quote-ready workflow map
If you send us your agency website, we will review the public intake path and email the few internal questions needed to create the map. There is no charge and no obligation on either side. The map is an operational opinion, not an insurance, legal, financial, coverage, underwriting, or binding decision.
If we work together
The build is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price, schedule, revisions and ownership. That agreement governs the work. If anything on this page conflicts with it, that agreement wins.
What is ours
The text, design, code, images and brand on this site belong to Clearline Business Partners LLC. Read it, quote it, send it to someone. Do not republish it as your own or use it to market a competing service.
Work we build for a client belongs to that client on the terms of their agreement.
Fair use of this site
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, and do not submit the form automatically or in bulk. We can decline to work with anyone, and we can stop responding to submissions that are abusive or automated.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current, though we try. Links to other sites are for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Clearline Business Partners LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the free quote-ready workflow map, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in California.

We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed.
