What we collect, and what we don't.
Short, because there is not much to say. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody.
The short version
We collect the details you type into the form on this site, whatever you email us, and, if you become a client, the material you send us so we can do the work. The full list is below. We use it to create the quote-ready workflow map you asked for, to reply to you, and to do the work covered by our agreement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who is not helping us run this business.
What this site does not do
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no pixels, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- No advertising or retargeting tags.
- No third-party fonts or scripts. The typefaces are served from our own domain.
That is why there is no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.
What we collect
When you request a quote-ready workflow map, we collect your agency website, work email, name, and anything you choose to tell us about where new commercial opportunities land. Do not send policyholder, applicant, claim, driver, financial, health, or other sensitive records through this form.
If we write your website copy: recordings. A website-copy engagement can use three kinds of recordings. An interview we record with you, with your knowledge, because we are on the call together. Sales calls your producers record and send us; we are not on those calls, and you confirm that everyone on them agreed to the recording. And one interview we record with a client of yours, who we ask before recording. A recording contains the voice and words of everyone on it. We use recordings only to write your website, we never contact anyone on the strength of them, we do not publish them, sell them, or give them to anyone outside the work on your site, and we never use them to train any AI system. We delete the audio 30 days after your site goes live, whether or not you are on the monthly service, and sooner if you ask. We keep the written notes taken from them for as long as we are writing content for you, because that is where your site copy comes from. Anything we write for you after launch comes from those notes, not from the audio.
When you email us. Whatever is in your email.
When you book a call. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects what it needs to make the booking. That happens on their site under their privacy policy, not ours.
Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs that can include IP addresses. We do not use these for tracking or profiling.
Why we collect it
To review your public intake path, create and email your quote-ready workflow map, and reply if you get in touch. If you become a client, to do the work and to invoice you. That is the whole list.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to operate:
- Supabase - stores form submissions.
- Resend - sends the confirmation email to you and the notification to us.
- Vercel - hosts the site.
- Cal.com - only if you book a call.
Each of them handles the data on our instructions. If we ever use a service to receive or store client recordings, it will be named in this list before any recording is sent to us. We do not give your details to anyone else, and we do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and email are kept while there is a reason to: an open conversation, an active project, or records we are required to keep. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are legally required to keep something.
Your choices
Email jonathan@clearlinepartners.co and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not make it difficult.
Depending on where you live you may have specific rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We handle every request the same way regardless of where you are.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will email you.
